Our Program Offerings

Each of our core programs is designed to nurture growth across emotional, social, cognitive, and physical domains.

Specialized Programs

In addition to traditional child care services, Hooyo Child Care Center proudly offers:

Bilingual Education and Potty Training Support

Bilingual learning is integrated throughout all programs. Our curriculum supports dual-language development, providing critical advantages in communication and cognitive flexibility.


We also provide potty training assistance to toddlers transitioning to the next stage of independence.

Child Care Assistance and Scholarships

Families may be eligible for:

  • Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) through Hennepin County or other Minnesota counties

  • Think Small Scholarships, offering financial aid through a separate application
